Trying to establish VPN connection. Advised to: open
Network Connections. Select Create VPN connection. Done.
Named the connection. Have DSL so, selected never dial
this connection for automatic connect. Entered host
address. When attempting to connect, got box for entering
user id and password for the VPN. Entered same user and ID
used at work. In the VPN properties box, under
Networking, the NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS Compatible
Transport Protocol was already checked. I didn't do. It
isn't checked on the DSL properties box, under Networking.
In the error message, it says the TCP/IP was ok, that it
was a problem with the TPX/SPX CP or Compatible CP......is
that part of problem??? Or something totally different? Help
