Hi all. My first post to this forum. Suddenly when I try downloading
from a website, even Microsofts I get a error 403, "not authorized to
view this web page. I was thinking that IE 6 might be the problem and
went to the MS support site intending to download IE 6 but upon
clicking on the download icon I get the 403 error msg. Anybody else had
this problem. Also suddenly my task manage went missing. Ctrl+Alt+del
does nothing. Ideas.
