error message 39

I canot get my cd dvd working on my acer laptop..it did work but for some
reason it now says that the drivers are missing or corrupted....it's driving
me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter ran into this problem when she removed another program besides
EasyCD Creator (don't rmember which one). So, the trouble may not quite be
all of EasyCD Creator's fault.
