Error message-16bit Windows Subsystem

I put a CD in my CD-ROM. When I try to play the CD or
use Autorun I get an error message. The message reads
16 bit Windows Subsystem
C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.The system file not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications
