Error Message 1178 Internal Control Error

I am running W2k/office 2k. I am trying to print from a
program called Western Micro Services. I get an error
message box
mDoc Viewer
Error 1178 - Internal Control Error

Any Ideas of a fix. I have searched for 3 hours.
 
Because you get internal error related to that program, contact to company
behind that Western Micro Services program.
