error message (0x800CCC78)

I cant seem to send any emails. This is the error message I get. If anyone
can help me to fix this I would truly appreciate it :)

'Sending reported error (0x800CCC78) ; 'Unable to send the message. Please
verify the email address in your account properties. The server responded:
556 CLIENT AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED. USE ESMTP EHLO AND AUTH.'
