error message 0x8000ccc0e

I cannot send or recieve messages with the Microsoft Outlook on my P.C. I get
the above message. I have tried deleting my mail address & adding it in
again, but no luck?
 
Does the error say anything else besides the error number? Are you
authenticating with the server? Tools, Accounts... look at the account
properties, more settings, outgoing server tab.

That means that Outlook failed to connect to your server. Check your
server names, and make sure that any firewalls, etc., are configured to
allow Outlook to connect.
