When I try to open an existing program on my C: drive, I
get the following message:

Windows cannot
find 'C:\ProgramFiles\FamilyTreeMaker\Ftw.exe'. Make sure
you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To
search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
Search.

Family Tree Maker is just an example. This happens when I
try to open any program. What do I need to do to fix this?

I am using my office email address because my home email
will not open for the same reason as stated above.

Can you find it in Windows Explorer?
At the very least, you may be able to open it there by right-clicking.
