Error LsaSrv

Sir,
We have a problem with our mail server running in Windows 2000
Server.When i check the log i found the following error information,

Event Type : Error
Event Type : LsaSrv
Event ID : 5000
What is this error? why it happens ? please give the resolution to solve
this problem? I checked with microsoft website and i understand a patch is
needed to fix this problem? where do i find the patch?.I already installed
service pack 4.Please give me the solution?
