error loading dll

I have tried importing a Excel 2007 data book2.worksheet into access 2007 and
all I get everytime is error loading dll. So my question is how do you fix
this as I need a fix as I am doing a project for school and require to be
able to do this,

Go to Start, Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools. Run the
Microsoft Office Diagnostics program and see if it can fix Office.
