Error in the folder shortcuts file (.FAV)

Does anyone know how I can resolve this error which occurs on starting
outlook? I have tried complete re-install of Office XP PRO 2002 but it makes
no difference! I cannot drag a shortcut to the shortcut bar either.

Delete or rename the .FAV file and let Outlook recreate it.
