Error in Outlook today 2007

When i go into Outlook and outlook today I get the following error

an error has occoured

Line 298
Char 1
error - class not registered
code 0
Url: outlook today
do you want to keep usiing script on this page

It doesnt matter whether i answer yes or no and all works ok unless I try to
cuustomeise then looks all weird

any suggestions?
 
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook/Office and/or has a
script scanner disable this functionality and try again.
 
i have disabled the outlook add in but that doesnt seem to make any difference

On what version of Windows do you have it installed?
Do you have the entire Office 2007 Suite installed or just Outlook?
Tried doing a repair on Office already?

am using just Outlook 2007 rest of suite is 2003 nd have win XP prof


have not tried doing repair should i?
