Error I am receiving

I am trying to import a document into RoboHelp, software
that creates help files. However, MS Word 2000 or 2002 is
not responding. Could the fact that I have Word 2002 and
Word 2000 on my machine be causing the problem? If not,
then what could the problem come from?

If it's any help, MJ Plaster has written up some detailed instructions
on how best to import Word documents into RoboHelp.
