error http 500

transaction, or you receive an HTTP 500 (Internal Server
Error) Web page."

I have problem with this error (http 500).
I can't enter and use my program even I already download
the Q831167 file and install it.

So what I have to do to solve the problem?

HTTP 500 errors are because of server problems,
usually because of bad code running on the web server
you're trying to access. The problem is not on your
end. If it keeps recurring, you may want to notify
the company that maintains the site.

Try the following and see if it helps. Look for the 500 sections.
