Error handling utility

I've searched for an error handling utility that could be used to create
a template within each of my existing code modules, including form
modules, for a standard way of handling errors. So far I have not found
a utility that will do this. I would appreciate hearing of any that are
available.

Thanks. I tried mztools and it works perfectly for error handling, and
includes a lot of other very useful programming tools.
