Error from Iexplore after latest security updates

Since the latest security updates I am receiving the following error after
closing Internet Exlporer;

explore.exe application error instruction at 0x035c1e70 referenced memory at
"0x021fc80" memory could not be "read"

click OK to terminate the program.

Anyone have an idea of a solution to this problem?
