Windows Mail could not be started

I keep getting the error message Windows Mail could not be started.
initialize unk filtering. your compter may be out of memory or you disk is
full (0x80004005)
I have a junk mail filter on. My memory is not full.
I tried delieting my virus contoll Microsoft One care and installed K7
Product suite with no relief. What else should I do to correct this
irritating problem?

I'm still getting the error message, then suddenly the inbox pops up. What
else should I be doing to get rid of the message?

Thanks for the info, but I still have ther error message even though I did
the upgrade.

So Windows Live Mail gives you the exact same error message?
Very peculiar. The only suggestion I have is to uninstall all security
software, just to see if it makes a difference. If not, about all you
can do is try the Outlook or Thunderbird email programs.
