Error Deleting New Folder

Any idea how to delete a New Folder when the error
message says: "Can not delete New Folder. It is being
used by another person or program. Close any programs
that might be using the file or try again." Can't figure
out what program it could possibly be. Thx
 
If you are trying to delete the folder but it is listed
in the left pane and the CONTENTS are in the right pane
of Explorer, then you cannot delete it because Explorer
is displaying the contents. Make sure that Explorer
isn't displaying the contents and then delete it.
