Error codes 1000000A ???

Where are the error codes for this ridiculous farce of a software package?
Can someone honestly reserve an error code at MS without providing details of
what the message is?

http://support.microsoft.com/gp/errorflow doesn't work

Telephone assistance offered to charge $80 to look it up

My operating system isn't listed at http://support.microsoft.com/gp/hublist

And of course to get this far (ie nowhere) I had to have LiveID.

Everybody may as well just pirate MS software - they don't give a crap
whether you've given them cash or not, just don't ask for help EVER.

Well, what operating system ARE you using? Win95, Win3.1, DOS 6, Linux? OSX?
Unix?
