one or more update cannot be installed in service pack 1. Any Help? When
first came out was installed and now I guess there is an update to it. I
keep getting a new update but it never installs.

Do you know which new update? If so, mention its name.

Also, asking in the following newsgroup may get you a useful answer
faster:
