error code 8007007a

When trying to setup automatic running of tasks
using 'TASK SCHEDULER' I get the following
message 'Account Information could not be set' the
specific error is '0x8007007a the data area passed to a
system call is too small'
I am running this task for the first time on a new
computer with XP.
I have run this program successfully on an older computer
with ME with no problem.
I am listed as the system administrator on the computer.
