I'm getting an error at startup that deals with the video
card:

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\igfxres.dll is
not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your
installation diskette.

This shouldn't try to recognize the dll as an image.
Anyone has any hints to get rid of this please send this
way.

Thanx

By "valid Windows image," the error message may not be referring to an image
file, per se. A Google search revealed only two hits for the file name, one
in Turkish. How do you know that it has to do with the video card, and have
you uninstalled and reinstalled your video card driver?

I believe this file relates to the Intel Integrated Graphics chip. Try
updating your drivers.
