error at shutdown WToolsA.exe

Hi

Presario 6000
Windows XP
1 1/2 year old

Now when I want to power down
I hit `Start`
I hit `Turn Off Computer`
I hit `Turn Off`

Screen Blanks for 2 seconds
Then I get an error message
Something about dll
and
"WToolsA.exe failed to initialize"

Then
Screen Blanks
Then unit goes thru a long Shutdown

What is this?
A bug, or a software problem?
A worm or virus?


I go to MSCONFIG
And uncheck WToolsA in startup
It seems to get rid of it for a while
Then comes back later


I use Norton (up to date)
Spybot and ad aware Spyware after every internet
session
Disk Cleanup in Systems Tools after every internet
session

Malware/Spyware/Scumware:

If you have an earlier version than Ad-Aware 6.1 (older versions no longer
update Reference files) download the free version of Ad-Aware 6 at:

http://www.lavasoftusa.com


If you have 6.1, then update your Reference file (other posts have said that
the new Reference file WILL recognize WToolsA.exe ) Make sure that you scan
the Registry AND then scan your Folders.
