Error and has to shut down

I keep getting this error and can't figure out why:

AppName:iexplore.exe
AppVer:6.0.2800.1106
ModName:mshtml.dll
ModVer:6.0.2800.1170
Offset:000b4430

It seems to do this when I try to change to a different
website.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
