If this error occurs while playing, why dont you contact the game manu-
facturer's tech support. See also if there are updates available.

I don't think it's the game I think it might be my graphics device.
I think I may have to upgrade.

Yeep, you are right, your Graphics Card may not support the game and you
have trouble running this game with this Display settings.
Upgrad your Graphics card to one support games and have Lots of RAM on it or
Cache as these games Memory hungry!.
Also if you have less than 512 MBs of RAM increase your RAM or Boost your
RAM to 512 or 1 GB of RAM, Disk space or you can get a game Console?.
HTH.

Thanks for your help!

By the way I do have a game console (actually 3) I prefer to go to sites
like Big Fish to play new games before I buy them. I guess it's time for Mom
to get more than 512 MBs of Ram if I want to keep enjoying my free time! (and
a graphics update)

I don't know that game, however, the homepage or the download site should
mention the minimum requirements incl. the video adapter capabilities. A
video driver update may or may not help since this does not upgrade your
graphics hardware.

Yes, but before spending some money try and see the reset of the System all
okay?.
Like: Scan for malware and Viruses, Check the Disk by running Disk Scan or
Check Disk, Look in the Event Viewer for any error messages(X) that shed some
lights on the causer and point to it.
To access the Event viewer do the following:
Open a run command and type in:
eventvwr click [OK] there click on these three:
Application
System
Security
Look in the Right Pane/Window and you will see a log for success or failure
for Apps and software, double click the error to get more info and you can
search or send it back here for us to have a look.
HTH.
