Error 711

I have upgraded from xp home to xp pro. When I try to
create a new network connect I get error 711. I follow the
instructions for error 711. When I attempt to start the
Remote Access Connection Manager I get Error 5. When I
attempt to start the Remote Auto Connection Manager I get
Error 1068. Can someone help me? Thanks

Error 5 attempting to start Remote Access Connection Manager indicates this
problem:

You Cannot Create a Network Connection After You Restore Windows XP

Re-apply SP1 to fix.
