error 691

I'm not real computer literate, but this is driving me nuts. I can connect to my ISP without any problem, but when internet explorer tries to connect using the only setup I have (noted above), I always get invalid user name or password, i.e., error 691. No matter how many times I go in and change it I get the same damn thing. What am I doing wrong? Please, anyone to the rescue.
 
Well... error 691 is a DUN (Dialup Network) error meaning: invalid username/password. So I would assume that you're "connecting" but the authentication process is taking awhile. Double check your username/password with your ISP or recreate the DUN connection :P
