Error 633 - Modem works for one user account but not another

Hi Everyone

Now here's a strange thing.... I can log into XP using my account and connect to the Internet thru my ISDN modem no problemo. If I then power down the machine, power-up and then login using my wife's user account I get Error 633 when trying to connect to the Internet

Both users are Administrators of the machine

Any suggestions??

Does it help if you completely power down the machine (ie unplug it after
shutting down normally)?
