error 5

..I am having trouble sending a completed application form, when I press send
I get the following error message, (Error: 5: Invalid procedure call or
argument (Invalid procedure call or argument line = 23) and the form is not
sent, I hope this is the correct group, if not could you please advise,

Unfortunately this would not be the correct place for this query.

This would likely be a problem best addressed by the people who wrote the
form page you're using.
