Error 5 and Error 8, vfloppy.sys

I get the following error messages when I boot up my computer

ERR 5: Error finding vfloppy.sy
ERR 8: Fake floppy driver not foun
Press any key to boot active partitio

Please help! I dont seem to find any stright forward answers here
