Help

Compter A is a desktop with XP home I think it may be fat32
Compter B & C are laptops with XP Home

I have share driver on all machines. I can net view a see all the systems.

I can new view \\B and net view \\C but when I net view \\A I get Error 5
Access Denied. I have removed the firewall off of A and that was no help.
The DHCPNodeType is 8 on all system and LSA setting are all the same.

Does Computer A need coverted to NTFS ?

Thank you

FAT will work fine for Windows Networking.

You could also have a misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, or other
security component. There are several other possibilities too, and any might be
the cause of your problem. What antivirus product do you have? Read this
article with an open mind.

If no help from the above, we can look at "browstat status", "ipconfig /all",
"net config server", and "net config workstation", from each computer, and
diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):
