Error 3183 Not Enough Space on Temporary Disk

Have changed settings in the Virtual Memory with same
error. Files that are being linked and are very large.
But have not had this problem in the past.

A starting point would be great...

How much space do you have left in the drive?
What folder does your TEMP or TMP variable set to?

I have moved the database to the
C: drive which has 12.1GB and network drives which have
72.2GB and 102GB.
My IT department has tryed changing PC performance Options
for best usage and increasing the paging file size.
The Append query is linking multible tables, some which
are located on the AS400, and criteria limits records to
append from each of these tables.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to get the same error message when running a (large) query. I found a jet*.tmp file in mij local settings which grew up to 2 GB. Does this happen to you as well?
