error 3022 when changing data

when i enter new data in the time & billinf data base I receive the error
that i am trying to create a duplicate in the index or primary key or
relationship. the primary key is auto num.

You need someone who has the ability and knowledge to go into the database
tables directly and look at the existing data. If this is a situation where
you enter the primary key value, you need to come up with another primary
key. If the system is autogenerating the priomary key, you need to figure out
what record that is and probably delete, then re-enter the record.
