error 1721

I haqve installed karaoke manager. It worked at first but not now. It now won't let me uninstall it or repair it. I keep getting a message about an error 1721 installer package. what does that mean and how do I fix it?

Try re-installing the program to the original location and without running
it, go directly to Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs and uninstall it.

Hi,

Please perform the below steps:


1. Click Start, and then click Run.

2. In the Open box, type "msiexec /unregister" (without the quotation
marks), and then click OK.

3. Click Start, and then click Run.

4. In the Open box, type "msiexec /regserver" (without the quotation
marks), and then click OK.
