I'm connecting an IPOD to my emachine XP home edition
laptop and the installation program will not run. It
returns the above error message.
I've looked on consumer.installshield.com and think it's
because the installshield driver for version 8 files is
not on my computer.
I've tryed the link to install the correct driver on
their website, but the correct programs do not install.
Any help?
