error 1606

Hi,
In order to make more room on C drive i move my windows
picture it 7.0 too D documents, i now know that was
stupid.Now i cant delete it from my Add & Remove as 1606
appears. Can you help with easy instructions for a novice.
I also bought windows photo 10 but, cant download as the
same error appears.
