Error 1316

I'm trying to install a new version of Nero CD burning
software. When trying to uninstall the old version in
Control Panel im getting this error & message:

Error 1316 . A network error occured when attempting to
read from the file C:\windows\installer\nero burng rom.msi

Download Nero from their website and install it. Just remember to input the
product key for your CD version.
 
Thanks but I tried that(what started all this). Downloaded
the Demo version of Nero 6. It started to install,I got an
error and it rolled back. That's why I tried to uninstall
the current version. Also tried to update current version
and same thing.
