Error (0x800ccc33) while synching outlook?

i am not getting any help on this, and your Help functionality is VERY time
consuming and does NOT lead to results or any relevant information. PLEASE
assist- i am NOT the only one getting this error!!!

What version of Outlook? Outlook 2002 and earlier must use a POP account to
access Hotmail now. Outlook 2003 and 2007 can use POP or the Outlook
Connector. HTTP ccounts no longer work.
