Error 0x80040110 Outlook.pst PST2GB.EXE

Apparently file outlook.pst got corrupted somehow. Not I
just get error message as above and a "cyclic redundacy
check" comment. Part of the posted remedy is to run a
program called "pst2gb.exe". Does anyone know where to
get this program? Do I have to phone Microsoft?! Thx.
