If that folder is not in the recycle bin, you need third-party
undelete software. Depending on the folder's previous location,
running the System Restore tool *may* help also.

Try the "PC Inspector":

In general it's best to run undelete software from a different
partition - otherwise, the deleted files may be overwritten when
installing that software.

Only if you IMMEDIATLY turned off the pc in question.
