My friend is running MSN Messenger 6 on Windows ME. I have Windows
Messenger on XP Home Edition. Can I have Video Conference with her
with me using Windows Messenger and her using MSN? Thanks.

Greetings Steve,

Unfortunately no, the built-in video conferencing (video conversation) feature in Windows
Messenger is only available on Windows XP. In order for this to work, you'll need to do one
of the following. In her client, she has a 'Start Netmeeting' option under the Actions
menu -- if she initiates that, you can use Netmeeting (with is in both XP and ME) to have a
video conference. The second option is to simply install MSN Messenger 6, and use its
built-in 'Webcam' feature.

We're doing the second one.
