If you use Disk Cleanup to delete restore points after a restore, Disk
Cleanup will also delete shadow copies. Otherwise there is no real point in
having the restore point at all. You either want to completely restore a
configuration, or you don't. Backup would be a better choice for you if you
want selective deletion.
