Epson Stylus Color 580

I have connect my printer over USB. Windows XP knows, that is the printer Epson Stylus Color 580. I have the newest driver for the printer but it doesn't works
 
What version is your printer driver? Are your cables secure? Epson has a 5.20 version
printer driver on their web site, maybe newer than what is on your disk; although it
has an October, 2001 time stamp.
