Hej Team,
Epson have checked my printer because yesterday I had probkems stoping it
from printing, they fixed the problem, and offered to upgrade the C62 so it
fit XP my new system. But when I started to install it, you came up with a
worning that this software not were Logo approved, how can Epson send out an
update to WIN XP there is not approved of you?
Yours truly,
Thorkil

It probably means that the driver is Epson's latest XP driver and MS has not
got around to testing it. This is not uncommon , the driver will work fine.

Hi

Was that update via Windows Update - the 'logo' error message? Try the following for that error message - towards the bottom of the page:

http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

It may be better to update your printer's drivers via the manufacturer's web site:

Drivers - ftp://ftp.epson-europe.com/pub/drivers/inkjet/sc62/en/sc62_win2000_5.4c_en.exe
Status Monitor - ftp://ftp.epson-europe.com/pub/drivers/inkjet/sc62/en/sc62_stm3_3.0b_en.exe

Clicking on both links will initiate an automatic download.
