Epson status monitor missing

Having just changed to XP Pro i've found my printer,an
Epson Stylus Colour 800 has lost the status monitor. Its
in the Epson folder but say's it can't find the printer.
There dosn't apper to be any XP drivers for this and
unfortunatly i've lost the original driver disk. What can
i do to regain the use of this util?

If I remember rightly you download win2000 version.
 
Hi

I use Epson stylus Color 600 for my XP Pro. Epson does not supply the XP drivers and I must use the drivers from XP Pro
I also lost the Status Monitor but the other features worked fine
I don't think the original drivers for your printer is XP compatible. Try go to Epson website to serach for it
If it is not available in the Epson's website. You must install the drivers provided by XP Pro
As long as it works fine, don't border with the status monitor
