Epson Expression 1600 pro problem

Please can someone advise on a problem with my Epson Expression 1600
fitted with the optional transparency unit, the light has stopped
working in the transparency unit? I suspect that the light tube needs
replacing, any idea if they are easy to replace or is it a return to
Epson service dept?

Epson Service Dept.
There is a lot more to it that a light bulb.

Did you check the cable going to the back of the machine? Try
unplugging and replugging.
Epson has a telephone help line you can also call.
