Epson 4180 Photo Doesn't Scan 35mm full frame

My Epson 4180 Photo scanner doesn't scan the full 35mm frame. The document
size is 35.3 x 22.3 mm rather than 36 x 24. This seems to be the maximum.
It won't let me set anything beyond that size. I have a lot of tightly
composed portraits and the scanner is cutting off the tops of my subjects
heads. Does anyone know of a solution?

If you are letting it auto crop, try manually cropping. Go into
Professional mode, click on the little arrow to the right of the Preview
button and choose Normal instead of Thumbnail. Now you can manually crop
each image then set up a batch scan to run them all at once.
