I need to display EPS files on a crystal report using C#. Is there a way to
do this without ripping off my arm and leg for currency?

Look at Ghostscript and Ghostview utilities - there may be a way to use
them.

I can't use Ghostscript because the application I am writing is a commercial
application and we have limited funds until we actually make the sale :(
