Hi,
Im trying to make the following "mode com1:9600,n,8,1" apply at startup.
I tried:
A
1. From ENVIROMENTAL VARIABLES
2. I select NEW under SYSTEM VARIABLES box
3. Enter VARIABLE NAME
4. Enter VARIABLE VALUE = mode com1:9600,n,8,1
At restart the com port variables have not changed.
B
1. I created a batch file
2. I select NEW under SYSTEM VARIABLES box
3. Enter VARIABLE NAME
4. Enter VARIABLE VALUE = c:\batch.bat
After restart the com port variables have not changed.
Am i missing somthing here ?
Thanks for your time.
