Environmental space

I seem to have run out of space for environmental variables after
running an optimizer program - XP/Pro. Can anyone tell me where to
change something to add more memory room for environmental variables to
be set at login time?

TIA.

I have been to that area many times. I do not see anywhere that a
specific memory allocation is possible.

Windows saves environment variables changes in the registry. Registry not
big enough?

To add or change the values of environment variables
Windows key + Pause key | Advanced tab |
Environment Variables button |
New to add a new variable name and value.
Edit to change a current variable name and value.
Delete to remove a variable name and value.

You are missing my point, understandable since I didn't explain it
completely. Allow me:

When I login to my computer, I use the Netware client to connect to a
Netware file server. The Netware login script creates several
environmental variables at login time, some like NWLANGUAGE=English, are
obvious enough in purpose and also not explicitly requested by me.
Others are explicited requested by me using commands in the login
script's language for just this purpose. It is all _these_ that aren't
getting successfully added any longer.

I do not know for a fact that the reason is that I'm out of memory
space - it may be some other reason. I only started having this problem
after running TCP Optimizer and I don't really know why the problem is
happening, but I do know that, in the past, I've seen insufficient
environmental memory space be the reason.

Yes, I am missing your point. I know nothing about Netware.

Do these environmental variables change every time you logon?

Potentially, yes. They are certainly different for different people
logging in from the same computer.
